Booking and payments

Our online booking and payments run through Square. Square collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking details, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We send text messages to people who opt in through the consent checkboxes on our website forms. The forms have two separate checkboxes, and both are optional. You can submit a form without checking either one.

• Transactional messages cover booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates for mobile service, vehicle-ready notices, and quote follow-ups.
• Marketing messages cover seasonal specials, maintenance detail reminders, and service updates. We send marketing texts to people who check the marketing consent box. Leave it unchecked and you receive no marketing texts.

We use gate codes and access instructions for one purpose: reaching your vehicle for scheduled mobile or fleet service. We limit access to the detailers assigned to your appointment.

We keep personal information as long as we need it to provide services, maintain customer records, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.
• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed.
