Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and South Mountain Auto Detail ("we," "us," or "our"). By using southmountainautodetail.com, booking a service, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

We provide full, interior, and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, pet hair removal, waterless car washes, and fleet washing. We work at our shop at 6505 W Frye Rd #18 in Chandler and on site across Chandler, Phoenix, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Gilbert, and Mesa.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices on our website and in quotes are starting points based on vehicle size and the condition you describe. Heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, odors, or conditions we did not know about at booking may change the price. We will tell you about any change before we do the extra work.

Booking, Scheduling, and Weather

You can book online through our Square booking page or by calling the shop. Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Rain, dust storms, extreme heat, and other conditions outside our control may affect mobile appointments and ceramic coating work. When that happens, we contact you to reschedule.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, vehicle, and service address information
• Remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment
• Tell us about existing damage, aftermarket parts, loose trim, or electrical issues before we start
• For mobile service, provide a safe, legal place to work and any permission your property owner or HOA requires
• Own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorize service

What Detailing Can and Cannot Fix

Detailing restores a lot, but it cannot reverse every condition. Deep scratches, rock chips, permanent stains, sun-damaged paint, and worn upholstery may remain after service. We will tell you what to expect before we begin.

Deposits, Payment, Cancellations, and Warranties

Deposits, payment timing, cancellation and no-show terms, and any ceramic coating warranty follow your booking confirmation or written quote. If those terms conflict with these Terms, your booking confirmation or quote controls for that service.

SMS Terms and Conditions

South Mountain Auto Detail runs a text messaging program for customers and people who request quotes. These terms apply to every text message we send.

• Program description. Transactional messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates for mobile service, vehicle-ready notices, and quote follow-ups. Marketing messages include seasonal specials, maintenance detail reminders, and service updates.
• How to opt in. Check one or both of the separate, optional consent boxes on our website contact form. Each box covers its own message type.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the time of year.
• Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming your opt out, then stop sending texts. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (480) 531-6907, or email southmountaindetail@gmail.com.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No purchase required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website. That includes submitting false information, trying to access our systems without permission, interfering with how the site works, or copying site content for commercial use.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, and designs, belongs to South Mountain Auto Detail or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

Photos You Submit

When you send us a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it to quote and plan your service.

Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that website content, pricing, or availability are complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, South Mountain Auto Detail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our text messaging program.

Governing Law

Arizona law governs these Terms. The state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will handle any dispute related to these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when we made the latest change. Using our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
